Bright, bold, rich colours will always have my heart. Our early year trip to the sun resulted in an explosion of colour and many of my faves from the entire year.

I experimented a lot this year, and that comes through in these images. Also, it seems I really like birds.

Trying to find the good sunlight for nearly half the year is hard here in Toronto, but I’m reminded here that strobes can be my friend.
